Ulf Dalgaard is a product manager at Cornerstone consulting in Stockholm, Sweden. He is also the organizer for DevSum, a 6-track conference for developers. I asked Ulf if he could be any emoji, which emoji would he be and he chose: winky face with the tongue sticking out. Which is just perfect for his personality. A leader in the tech community, Ulf has been a conference organizer since 2007, so I sat down to ask him about his organization style, his process for selecting speakers, the difference between conferences in the before times, and after COVID.
