The book is called “Imposter: Memoir of a Fraud” and goes through how I’ve felt like an imposter my entire life in hiding the trauma of poverty, growing up in a household where there was undiagnosed mental illness, and how my estranged husband’s death forced me to process all of that.
These past few years I felt like I was actually coming together while the world falls apart. I want to share what I have learned to help others overcome their trauma.
