I was lucky enough to be a presenter on the big stage at the 21st Annual Pink Elephant conference for IT Service Management. My topic was “5 Steps to Having a Difficult Conversation.” This was a collaborative effort with Mediation Around the Table. Motivational speaker, Stuart Knight, was hilarious!
